Asset Forfeiture

Asset Forfeiture Payees


The United States Marshals Service (USMS) is the main disbursing firm for the Department of Justice (DOJ) Asset Forfeiture Program. Submission Timeframes: Generally, Forms are examined and processed within 5 (5) business days of submission date.
